BOULEVARD POINT

The cheapest nights at Boulevard Point

Is a weeknight at Boulevard Point cheaper than a weekend? For our 1- and 2-bedrooms, barely: the month you stay matters far more than the day. Here are the medians from our own price data for five apartments, July to November 2026, checked on 7 October 2026.

Facts checked 2026-10-07

How we measured

Medians of the price per night, including 5% VAT, for one-night stays at five of our Boulevard Point apartments: two 1-bedrooms, two 2-bedrooms and one 4-bedroom. We use the latest price our system captured for each night (captures between 3 July and 28 September 2026), checked on 7 October 2026. "Weekend" means Friday and Saturday nights; every other night counts as a weekday. Months already past show what those nights were priced at. The 4-bedroom row rests on one apartment, the 4-bedroom that sleeps eight — not a building-wide figure.

July's 1-bedroom figures rest on only six priced nights. What the table shows:

  • 1-bedrooms: weekend and weekday medians were identical or within 2% from July to October; in November weekends ran about 4% higher.
  • 2-bedrooms: within 2% every month.
  • 4-bedroom: Friday and Saturday nights were 6% to 12% dearer from July to October, and level in November.

So shifting a 1- or 2-bedroom stay from the weekend to midweek saves little. Shifting it by a month can save a lot.
