This is our most-reviewed Boulevard Point apartment, with 39 Airbnb reviews. Its scores: 5.0 for location, 4.9 for value, 4.79 for cleanliness, accuracy and communication, and 4.77 for check-in — 4.85 overall. Its amenity list is the fuller of the two: Burj Khalifa view, balcony, pool, gym, parking, workspace, washer and self check-in. The host describes an infinity pool with a Burj Khalifa view, a gym, a children's play area and direct access to Dubai Mall in the building; we haven't checked these ourselves.
The 1-bedroom that sleeps four
Rated 4.89 overall, though the listing doesn't publish how many reviews that rests on. It lists a balcony, gym, parking, workspace, washer and self check-in, with three beds. Its amenity list doesn't include a Burj Khalifa view or the pool. Its host, however, describes a large balcony, an infinity pool overlooking the Burj Khalifa, and an internal walkway direct to Dubai Mall — so the pool question is worth asking us before you book if it matters to you.
