All three list the building pool, a gym, parking and a washing machine. Only the 4-bedroom also lists a dedicated workspace and self check-in. Where no review count is shown, the listing doesn't publish one.
Choosing between them
- Two adults, two children: the 2-bedroom that sleeps 4 has 2.5 bathrooms and is the one of the pair that lists a fountain view. Its four reviewers gave 5.0 for cleanliness, accuracy, communication and location, and 4.75 for check-in and value.
- A family of five: the 2-bedroom that sleeps 5, also with 2.5 bathrooms. Its host describes Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain views from the bedroom, living room, balcony and dining area; the listing's own amenity flags record the Burj Khalifa view only. The host also offers bag drop from 12:30pm so you can go out before check-in.
- Two families or three generations: the 4-bedroom sleeps 8 with 3.5 bathrooms. Its 15 reviewers scored accuracy 4.93, communication and location 4.87, cleanliness 4.8, check-in 4.73 and value 4.6. The host describes views of Burj Khalifa, the Fountain, Old Town and Souk Al Bahar, kids' play areas in the building, and an internal bridge link to Dubai Mall — we haven't checked these ourselves.

Two things stand out. The 2-bedroom that sleeps 4 barely moves — between AED 3,164 and AED 3,470 a night in every month we hold. And from July to October the 4-bedroom's median was below that 2-bedroom's: in October 2026, AED 2,811 for eight guests against AED 3,248 for four. In November the 4-bedroom rises to AED 4,435.
